The property is registered with land registry, therefore, transfer of ownership must be conducted through solicitors. A lease is a legal document, therefore, potential purchasers need to consult their solicitors for legal advice on the terms and conditions contained within the lease prior to exchanging contracts to purchase. The bungalow has planning permission for holiday use, consequently, cannot be used for sole permanent residency and purchasers are required to provide details of their main residential address to the site owners. SERVICES Mains electric, water and drainage are connected. Chalet owners are responsible for paying their own water rates and electricity bill from their chosen supplier.
